Tuvalu Survival Fund Coordinator
Fafetai Namoto serves as the Tuvalu Survival Coordinator, responsible for the coordinating and overseeing the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the Tuvalu Survival Fund to ensure effective and transparent support for national priorities.

Lisa Puapua

Project Officer
My role is to support and work with the team in the Strengthening the Tuvalu Survival Fund. I have had working experiences in the areas of finance and administration with NGO’s and the Private Sector over the years. In this S-TSF project, I am passionate about delivering impactful projects that serves the Tuvalu Community groups under the Tuvalu Survival Fund.

Puanita Taomia Ewekia

Communication Officer

Puanita Taomia Ewekia is an accomplished Communication Officer with over ten years of proven leadership in climate adaptation and disaster risk reduction projects across NGOs and Trust Fund Institutions. She has successfully managed multi‑year initiatives requiring strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, and inter‑agency collaboration, consistently delivering frameworks, reports, and proposals that integrate technical rigor with cultural sensitivity. Her bilingual fluency in English and Tuvaluan, combined with expertise in drafting contracts, Terms of Reference, and grant proposals, has established her as a trusted leader advancing Tuvalu’s national priorities and resilience strategies.

Passionate about community empowerment, Puanita dedicates her career to creating meaningful change in people’s lives, particularly through initiatives that uplift women and children. She has organized community programs, and a founder for Te Samanaki mo te Alofa, a program supporting children’s education. Her professional journey reflects a commitment to building resilient systems rooted in Tuvaluan identity while fostering partnerships that amplify local voices on global platforms. With her blend of communication expertise, project management leadership, and vision for inclusive development, she continues to inspire transformation and strengthen the foundations of sovereignty, resilience, and stability for Tuvalu. She is confident in helping Tuvalu to voice its needs and priorities clearly, ensuring that the nation can secure vital assistance through her strong advocacy and collaborative partnerships.

Program Finance Officer
Professional Administrator with expertise in database management and data entry. Proficient in MS Office, customer relations, and office organization. Dealing with all the finance in the S-TSF Project. Preparing the salaries for the project officers and consultants and any other financial activities in the project.  A well-disciplined and organized individual doing all the work timely and accurately.
